404 page when opening submitted PDF

    Hello!


    I have tested my form, and the PDF submitted by the user gives me the 404 page. I am using a Mac on chrome, I have tried waiting a minute or so before submitting, and I still get the page. I have also toggled on the multiple files and changed the cap to 1.


    Any help is much appreciated!

    Hi Jessica,

    I hope that you are having a good day.

    The error appears because you are attempting to access the file while logged out of your account.

    You can either log in to your account before accessing the file or you can go into your account settings and disable the options "Require login to view submission data" and "Require log-in to view uploaded files".
