Locked Out... Autosuspend?

    Hello, I found you on google looking for payment form we need for our website, email campaigns etc. I was pleasantly surprised after reviewing your website after realizing we could use your service for various applications. I started with payments, choose a credit card authorization form and started customizing it. Added our logo, changing text etc.

    I don't know what happened but I'm locked out and a message reads "autosuspended"? Don't understand the reference and I'm hopeful you could explain the issue or better yet fix the problem so I can move forward? I appreciate any help in this matter. Thank you
