    Good day,

I am requesting a "Human Review" and reversal of our suspension on the basis that your algorithm lacks the ability to understand the purpose of my actions and apply the proper context in this situation. I suggest this with the presumption that "keywords" triggered the automatic and premature suspension without evidence of malice intent or proof of being deceptive. Your own policy supports my assertion of being misrepresented in this matter: " Phishing. You agree that company may terminate you Jotform Service immediately if a form's purpose is found to be deceptively obtaining sensitive credit card information, social security numbers, user login credentials, or other sensitive personal information".

    1) The form's purpose was not found to be and is not deceptively obtaining sensitive information A) The form itself is labeled as "Credit Card Authorization" which clearly implies its purpose of documenting sensitive information and verifying the cardholders authority and consent. B) This template - is published and located on your platform for which you offer "online payment forms and secure forms" which is why we were interested in learning more. C) A Template implies a based product that can be customized to suit the needs of its customer and by changing/adding "Service Username or Account Type" to verify our customers identity and further verify authority to consenting to the authorization from is far from deceptive, it's in fact the opposite. D) There is no proof, evidence or reason to believe there was ever intent to do anything wrong in this situation and no justify can be made to support the response provided by staff when questioned about the circumstances that led to a suspension.

I work for Volt Media and we specialize in content and data distribution methods. We create commercial and private broadcast networks allowing smaller organization and people to reach the masses like large networks without the expansive cost. We are looking for a visually pleasing "frontend with a secure backend" means to update our clients payment information on file and I found your company as we thought "why build it when you already have it". I was also pleasantly surprised that we could use a variety of your products to automate many processes I hadn't considered. I like what I see of your products thus far. I started with the reason for which brought me to you - an online payment form and here I am. I realize it is your company's right to deny service on any grounds, to anyone you please. I respect that but remind you that is my right to take everything that's happened here today and provide it to anyone of the media producers or investigative reports I work with on a daily basis. Some people are always looking for a a good story. Regardless of what some believe "bad press isn't always good advertising". I'm merely asking you to do the right thing in this case and left this bogus suspension on the basis it was apparently justified... But, I have to admit it might be more interesting for us both if you don't. Have a great day and thank you for your consideration in this matter.

    Best Regards,

    Ryan
