    problems with image download

    We are having problems with our image downloads. Our account is ChangingSpaces.

    We use a form where people upload images. The most recent applications are fine, but we have problems downloading or viewing images from older applications. when I click on the image link, this error message appears:

    This is very unsettling as we need those images for our archive. Please advice on how we can restore them.

    Sorry for this inconvenience. This problem is caused by an issue with our servers that occured over two months ago.

    I have already updated your account so that the uploaded files show correctly. Please do check your image uploads now. Let us know if everything's ok now.
