Forms Inaccessible from My Forms

I believe I was using a guest account.  I signed up and now seem unable to see the forms that I created on the My Forms menu.  They are: http://form.jotform.us/form/40586935473162 and http://form.jotform.us/form/40846024939157.  How do I add them back to my account?
