Accidental Purge of Form

Hi Team,

I have accidentally Purged a form in error, it was called the NTL Ray Run, it had over 5000 responses.

I accidentally purged this around 6:50-6:55pm today Sunday 28th November AEST

Is there any possibililty of getting this form back?

Thank you for contacting Jotform Support.

Unfortunately if a form or a submission was purged from the trash folder, it can't be restored again, I've checked your account and found a form called NTL Ray Run but I believe this is a newly created form since it doesn't has submissions or history yet.

Regretfully there's nothing we can do at this point to retain the deleted form.
