Rename a Form

i.e., right now it says "clone of form one"  how do i rename it to be "form two:

You can change the name like so:

Method 1:

On the Form's Page select your form and click on the More button on the right and select the Rename option:

Method 2:

If you have the form loaded on the Form Editor. Click on the Title with your mouse. It will become editable. Type in your name and press ENTER:
