    Receiving Blank Forms w/ Required Fields

    I recently changed my imbeded form to iframe and just received a blank form for which I have set up with required fields.  I've been reading some of JotForm's forums on this problem.  I'd rather not have to use a Captcha field and it seems Free Text HTML is no longer an option.  Is there another solution?  My greatest concern is that a potential client has filled out the form but I'm receiving a blank form.  Is this possible?  Or does it look like someone is trying to hack my form?

    Hi, how many times have you received blank submissions? I just tried to submit the form, and it did not let me until I filled all fields out. I do not think someone is trying to hack your form, it might have been a minor bug going on during that short period of time. Let us know if the issue persist.

    I've received a blank submission once and it was a few days after I made the change to iform.

    I don't think so.  "Wait and see if it happens again" is not a resolution.

    Hello GothamSpirit,

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.

    I did check your form embedded on your web page but I was unable to submit your form without any input. You have embedded your form using its iFrame embed code and that rules out any possible script conflict issue. 

    I would suggest you to please try to replicate the issue yourself and see if you are able to. The most likely cause for this issue I can think of currently is the JavaScript of user's browser must be disabled. That is the only possibility where form can be submitted blank.

    I would suggest you to add "NoScript" widget in your form which will detect if the JavaScript is disabled in user's browser:  http://widgets.jotform.com/widget/noscript

    That's a solution I can live with.  I've implemented and tested it but the background is a bright, glaring yellow.  How can I change this?

    Hello GothamSpirit,

    Unfortunately, there is no built in feature to change the background color of your noscript widget. Please inject the following custom css in your form to change the background color:

    noscript {

    background-color: #00FF29 !important;

    }
