Upgrade not done although payment is made

    i've upgrade my account on 28th march and yet the upgrade is still not done yet. Please see attachment here. 
    Explain it to me, thanks.

    Hello ilovecherryshan,

    Upon checking your account, I found that it is successfully upgraded to premium monthly subscription. Please sign out and then sign in to your JotForm account for the changes to reflect.
