JotForm Tables Email Button - Not Sending Emails Out

I've been trying to send a form via JotForm Tables. However the form email is just not sending (not delivering to my inboxes [trialed with 2 emails]).

I'm unsure if its my settings or something else.

Can you please tell us if the tab from which you are trying to Send Form connected to the form "Reportees"? As far as I can see the form "Reportees" is deleted and it does not have any form fields. Did you manually add the email fields to your Table?
