We would like to apologize for any inconvenience. Could you please delete the PayPal payment field in your form as shown in the screenshot below by clicking the highlighted "Remove" button. Afterwards when you re-add it your products will be automatically recreated and the problem will be resolved as well. After that you can reconnect your PayPal account.
