Paypal Business Widget Credit Card Processing Question

If user enters incorrect credit card data and payment is not processed, will user get an error message?

Will the Form data will be submitted?

How about autoresponder and emails? Will they be sent

Will the user have to submit form again?

I would like to understand User Experience in this case and how to resolve error

If users submit wrong credit card information:
•They will receive a warning message when submitting the form
•No email will be triggered
•Yes, they do have to fulfill the form again.
