why i don't receive the form after submission?

i tried it many times after the TEST .. but using other FB account, it doens't receive the form. what should i do? and it possible to use the form in my main facebook acct.? thankyou

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.

Upon checking your form embedded in your facebook page, I found that it is associated with a guest account. This type of accounts are created when you do not sign up or sign in to your account and start building your form.

Please sign up for a free account using the same email address you used while creating the form. The form will most likely will automatically move to you new account. Do get back to us if it does not, we will manually move the form. Once the form is in your account, we will check why the submission email is not being received.

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. You have already embedded in your facebook account. Do you want to embed it in your other account as well? Is you can add the same form in multiple facebook accounts.
