Yearly subscription paid, but my account is being deactivated from being overquota - why?

    I got a message saying our account will be disabled as of Monday 12pm EST.  But our account is a yearly subscription paid for May 1, 2013 - Apr 30, 2014 for USD 90.  Can you explain why we are getting this message?

    Hello Irene,

    Our sincere apologies.

    I have corrected the situation - Your current subscription (INT130502-8210-26582) in our payment gateway did not have a reference to your Jotform account - hence your account was not associated with that paid plan.

    We sincerely apologize for that.

    Your account has been re-associated with the paid plan, and the subscription will last till May 1, 2014.
