Why did you disable my account?

    my emial is graficaportfolio@live.com and my account has been disable, could you please make it work again? i don't think i've violated any terms of use.

    Hi receituariosorocaba,

    Our system found one of your forms that is suspected of being a phishing sensitive information such as passwords. Since JotForm doesn't have login features, such forms are suspected of being used for illegal activities. 

    I have reactivated your account but the login form will remain as disabled. If you need a membership form that accepts and verifies account usernames and passwords, I'd like to recommend Profile Manager. Please visit this link for more information about this product  -
