Need to change email

    Hi,


    the email on file is no longer active and we need to change it to info@brooksidevet.com

    Can you please help with this?

    When I tried logging in with current email brooksidevetinfo@comcast.net there was an issue with my password and it didn't work but I can't change it because the email on file doesn't work.

    Can you please help me fix all of this?

    Thank you for reaching out, Donna. 

    I checked both the provided emails. The @comcast.net email is only related to a guest account. Further, the @brooksidevet.com email is related to an account with a Bronze subscription.

    Did you manage to resolve the matter or do you still require assistance? Please let me know!
