I purchase Yearly Premium but it did not show on my Account

    I keep getting messages today that I need to upgrade this account because I am out of room ... and I did earlier today ... yet the latest email states my form will be disabled.  I paid for the year ... what else do I need to do?

    This happened because you weren't fully logged into your account at the time of purchase so it did not attach your username to the subscription. I was able to find it though so I've fixed this for you. :0)
