Website form did not reset

    Hi there...It is a new month and my jot forms has not reset - http://archpsychological.com/contact%20us.htm.

    My account shows it as reset, but on the website, it is not. Can you please help?

    I have recalculated your account limit and cleared your form cache. The error should not appear again. Kindly reconfirm from your end too and let us know if the issue still persists.
