I am creating an order form. I haven't combined my forms together yet so that I have paypal, pay by check and pay by cash options all on one form but I plan to integrate once I've made all my edits. For each of my products it asks what I want to charge for shipping so I've been entering $5 for first product and 0 for additional (of the same product). I want to make it so that customers can order different products and still only pay a flat rate of $5 shipping for the entire order. The way I have it now, they get charged $5 for every new product they add.

For Products bought through Paypal - you can configure shipping as a flat rate - charged only on the first product they pick as shown using the paypal payment wizard:
As for items bought using check or cash - you can create calculations that can do this for you.
Why not complete the form and we shall assist and provide workarounds how you can implement this.
Let us know.

But how do I make it so that they can purchase item A at $5 shipping along with item B (a totally separate product, not an additional product) for $0 shipping?

Alternatively to the Shipping settings, you can add a separate "Shipping" product that is selected by default and can not be unchecked since it is required.

So I added a separate "shipping" product like you said... http://form.jotform.us/form/40934970817160
Except there are 2 products which should not have any shipping charge... The high res digital file (second from bottom) and one of the options on the high res digital cd (last product)... (If they pick it up in person there is no shipping charge). How would I deal with this?

I do not think that we have an option to combine different types of shipping calculations. As a workaround, you can provide your local pick up clients with $5.00 Coupon to reduce the price of non-shipped product(s).

Thanks. So it came out like this...
You don't think that will be confusing for customers to have it say shipping twice? (e.g. under subtotal it says shipping $0)
Then when I submit the order, I get an error message from pay pal even if I enter a quantity for a product.

It appears this may be due to a bad quantity on your form. I have cloned the form and checked each item by one and was able to make it work by making sure all initial quantities are at zero. I do see that the last two items if selected the paypal form goes through. Please verify the last two items.
If possible removing them and re adding them. It would look to me that there may be a need to have the checkboxes back on the form. But first it is best for you to check on those last two items before the shipping price.
If I do find more information on this, I will be sure to let you know through this thread. Thank you.
