    I added some custom css to my form but it seems it does not affect any changes on the form if i preview in a browser... did i make anything wrong?

    This is what i added to the "Inject Custom CSS" field

    .checklist {

    border: 1px solid #ccc;

    background: #fff;

    list-style: none;

    max-height: 30em;

    overflow: auto;

    width: 28em;

    -moz-box-shadow: 0 2px 6px rgba(0,0,0,0.2);

    -webkit-box-shadow: 0 2px 6px rgba(0,0,0,0.2);

    box-shadow: 0 2px 6px rgba(0,0,0,0.2);

    submit-button-big_green:hover {

    color: #586803 !important;

    border: 3px solid #8a9c38 !important;

    background: #abc04f;

    background: -moz-linear-gradient(top, #d2e477 0%, #abc04f 100%);

    background: -webkit-gradient(linear, left top, left bottom, color-stop(0%,#d2e477), color-stop(100%,#abc04f));

    background: linear-gradient(top, #d2e477 0%, #abc04f 100%);

    filter: progid:DXImageTransform.Microsoft.gradient(startColorstr='#d2e477', endColorstr='#abc04f', GradientType=0 );

    For your submit button, can you replace submit-button-big_green:hover with button#input_2:hoverHowever, for your checklist, it won't be possible since its content loads from an iframe.
