Hi! my problem with the form is that i completed the form with my names, and its works, but other people try to competet and they click send , but de answer never recive to my mail.

Have you checked your spam folder or junk mail folder if in case the submission landed there?

Upon checking your form, I found that it is associated with a guest account. This type of accounts are created when you do not sign up or sign in to your JotForm account and start building forms.
I would suggest you to please first sign up for a free JotForm account using the same email address and the form should automatically move to your account. If you do not see your from in your new account, do get back to us with your username and we will move the form.
Once the form is there in your account, we will take a look why the submission email is not being sent to you.
