When we export the forms to excel some datas don't appear.
We've tried in different computers, with different ways but the problem always happen (only in some questions)
Can you help me please?

I kindly ask you to provide us the form's and website url so we can analyse better this question. Also the issue is some fields missing from the report or filled in data that is missing? can you give some examples?

How can I send you the form?
I'm very worry cause the problems are getting worse...
Now the informations in the excel file are different of the original answer.
Is there a telephone number or an email where I can send the files?

Please send the excel export to email@example.com.
Indicate some example rows/columns with missing information, and we shall double check with the form submissions on your account and advice.
When you send the email, make the subject of the email http://www.jotform.com/answers/356152, and let us know when you send it.

We recieved your email, thank you for sending the excel exports with the problematic fields.
I have submitted a ticket to our developers to examine the issue.
This is isolated to matrix fields that have the checkbox option selected as the "Input Type"

This problem seems to be around no more after we have fixed some individual components that builds up the excel file. Please let me know if you have further notifications or feedback.
