    SMS Confirmation Widget shows error when verifying numbers

    Hello, I've created a form and integrated the "SMS Verification" widget. However I can not get it to work outside of the JOTFORM builder. I synced it with my Twilio account and can get the widget to work within the JOTFORM builder. However when I try to preview the form in a browser... it no longer works? Please advise.

    I have the same problem :(

     

    allso there is no possibility to change default country.

    Yes, that is one of 2 error messages I get. The other is attached.

    that is a clone of your original form, but I removed and re-added SMS confirmation widget. It is now working for US based phone numbers. Yet you have to re-setup your twilio information for it to work world wide.

    Hello,
    I still can't get it to work? I re-entered all my twilio account
    info... but no luck. See the link below. It still gives me the error
    message "authenticate". Please advise.

    I tested your form and it worked correctly from my side:

    Could you please let us know when you are getting the error you mention? Before or after entering the code to confirm the number?

    What number are you trying? If you try to send sms to a country that you have not given authorize on Twilio, it may give that error, other wise I successfully tested on some international numbers, and it was correctly sending sms messages.

     

    In any case, there was some more updates regarding widgets & SMS confirmation widget, so I suggest you to re-setup SMS confirmation widget and see if that helps.

    I don't understand. I still can't get it to work. I get the error
    message as soon as I input my phone number (208-699-2726) and press
    confirm... it then displays the error message, and DOES NOT send a SMS
    to my phone. To be sure we're using the same form, please see this

    Update. I just tried the link on my phone (iphone) and everything
    worked great. However, the form doesn't seem to work in my browser
    (chrome).

    What is your country code? Did you choose your country correctly?

     

    And if you still receive error, what is the error text, it is shown for couple of seconds before fading out. I tested your page on latest Firefox and Chrome, and it works just fine.
