Removal of the authentication with reCaptha

    Hello support,

    So, a priori, what should be known is that my form is private, that is, only those who provide the email receive link access, a posteriori in the production of the form, authentication with reCaptcha wasn't placed due to lack of need, having in view that is private. But even with all that I reported previously, one of my researchers reported problems with reCaptcha appearing on her Mobile APP in the form submission step and when the page goes back everything is blank and it's necessary to restart the device. How can I proceed to remove this unwanted reCaptcha?
