Downgrade and cancel current subscription

    Hello, I am writing so that I may downgrade my current plan I do not use any of the features.I currently have the bronze plan and would like to downgrade to the free version. I would also like to request a refund for the month of December. I would still like to continue using my Jotform account I want to downgrade the subscription.
