Asked by GDMP on July 25, 2011 at 03:43 PM

I am wanting to ask a question that they can click all that apply and have an other option. Is this possible? It seems radio allows other, but check box allows all that apply, I need both...

    Here's a workaround.

Use checkbox in your form instead of radio, then insert a separate text box for the "Other" option.

Create a condition that will display the "Other" text box only if the "Other" option in the check box is selected. Check out this sample form to see what I mean.

Here is a very simple condition I implemented for that form:

To create a condition such as this, simply click Setup & Embed > Conditions > Choose Show/Hide Field then click next.

Afterwards, you would need to create rules that are suitable to your form.

Hope you find this helpful. Let us know if you need further assistance with regards to this solution. Thanks!
