Hi, I just noticed that the jotform on this site has my old information from last year's event. Yet my website shows the edited form that my web person did (www.twenty9elevenmusic.org under registration).
I am unable to reach her now and need to find out what's going on asap. If you can tell me if you see two accounts please let me know. I need the account that shows the form currently being featured on our site.

The form in your website is indeed in another account whose email address is the same as the one associated to your account, beckyleestudio.
The account name is twenty9elevenmusic, and I have already sent password reset details to your email address. Please follow the instructions on that email message to recover access to this account.

The email address associated to your account is firstname.lastname@example.org, I don't have any means to send password reset instructions to any email other than the one linked to the account in question.
But even if I can, I probably would not send it to another email address, due to security reasons. Hope you understand that we have rules to follow.
Anyway, if it is only the form you are concerned with, you can just have it imported onto your account. Please click here to learn more about importing external forms. For your reference, this is the url of that form -

aw ok, if you sent the .org account that is fine. just hasn't arrived yet. The reason I want access to that account is because I believe all the test registrations I'm sending are going to that one. thanks

Actually Neil, I am getting your responses to my question (both of them) to this email. I already have them. But I don't have the reset instructions. Very strange. Please resend again. THanks

Other option, can you just link my current account with that one? I think we have registrations going to the new jotform account and I need them to either come to the older one (since I'm not getting the reset email).

Unfortunately, I do not have the capability to link accounts. I have resent the password reset instructions to the email email@example.com
You may also have the password reset instructions sent to you by clicking the Forgot Password link found at the log in panel.
