Username and password did not match when logging in to Jotform Android App

    Jotform App not working on my android phone.  Bad username and password on jotform yet same username and passwork are working on my laptop.

    what is the issue here ?

    Hi,

    Please try both your username and email address in the Username Section. Make sure that mobile data is on or the phone is connected to Wifi. I have no issue here using the Android App. Also, what's your device brand and model?

    samsung galaxy s3 on t mobile network, Delete your jotform App and re install and see what I am talking about

    I tested the App again using another device and I am able to replicate the same issue now. Let me forward this thread to our developers so they can further check and investigate. You should receive an email via this thread once we have the issue resolved.
