    Hello JotForm Support,

    Please view my form to get an understanding on the scale I'm looking for...

    I'm looking for a tool that would have a zero (0) center with radio button selections that would indicate the degree of change required (more or less) from zero. Or select zero for no change. It would be the same as the Scale Rating Tool but with a Zero center and the option to change the scale amount number. in my example, I would change the scale to 5; therefore, 0 would be center and there would be 5 selections on both sides.

    If this is not available, can it be created?

    Thank you,

    Vic

    Hello Vic

    For now it is achievable by injecting some css:

    label[for="input_1_2"]:before

    {content: '-2';

    visibility: visible;}

    label[for="input_1_2"]

    {visibility:hidden;}

    You need to edit the blue part with the field's ID. You can check our guide on how to find fields' ID.

    This is a visual workaround as the received results are still will the old scale.

    You can check the test form and clone it if you wish:

    I forwarded this as a feature request to our developers. They will analyse the feasibility and they will update you through this thread.

    Let us know if we can be of more assistance.

    Thank you Carina,

    I entered as you described but it only changed one radio button for one of the survey scale rating. How do I apply this globally for all of them?

    Thank you,

    Vic

    This part can be a little laborious as it is necessary for you to find out the fields' ID and to duplicate this code for all the radio buttons you wish to change.
