Hi,
we'd like to have patients/customers submit their credit card securely. How do you recommend that we do that? thanks!

Hello hirschhfm,
I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly.
Do you want to accept payments on your form through credit card?
Yes you can achieve your requirement by adding a payment question in your form. The following guides should help you:
http://www.jotform.com/help/165-Setting-Up-Your-First-Order-Form
http://www.jotform.com/help/49-Order-Form-Types
If you want to just ask for your user's credit card information:
Please be noted that we do not advice you to ask credit card information in your form. If you need to process payments, please use one of our integrated payment tools. We have automated anti-phishing system which scans all forms and mark them with probability of being used for phishing activities. It's just a matter of time and our anti-phishing filter will mark your form as suspected.
Hope this helps.
Do get back to us if you have any questions.
Thank you!
