Unable to Submit the form (stuck at please wait...)

My form appears fine on my web page, but when you click Submit, it goes to "Please Wait" and seemingly never finishes. What's going on? I've already tried switching to an iframe tag for embedding and clearing the form cache; neither change had any effect. The problem remain with Firefox, Explorer,,,,,, but not when using "Thor". Hope this helps you.....

Unfortunately, I've been unable to replicate this issue. (You'll see a number of test submissions in the form's records.) However, I suspect it may be connected to the camera widget. Try removing it and see if you can submit the form after doing so.
