Looks like I lost my forms?

    I haven't used my JotForm account since July and when I logged back in I couldn't find any of my forms any more. Can you please help?

    Hello Stephanie,

    Upon checking your account, I did not find any issue with that. All your forms are still there in your account and be assured that you have not lost any of your forms. 

    Please check the screenshot below:

    It seems that your issue is already solved as I found that two of your forms were last edited just today.

    If the issue persists, it could be a browser related issue and clearing browser cache should solve your problem. the following guide should help you:  http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache
