we've been experiencing difficulties with jotform uploads

    Hi

    We have been getting complaints in the last week or so that people are having trouble uploading files through our jotform. We have jotform account and a dropbox account, and we use this to take print orders from clients.

    I know it might seem vague, and we don't have super concrete examples, but people are reporting difficulties submitting files. Even in our most recent queue we have several uploads where only one file made it but others didn't.

    Any idea what browser|browser version they are using when this happens? Is this something you could try to find out from one of your clients?

    When I tested this on my end but I did not have any problems attaching the file or submitting it.
