We built a template that asks for the receivers name and answers to four questions. As we are testing the tool, the emial replies to us are not including the name of the receiver of the survey. One of the questions on our template asks them to write out their name. Is there a reason the name is not coming back in the e-mail notifications we receive?

You need to make sure the name question is included in the email notification. To make this, you must delete the curent email notifie (as you probably added more fields without updating the email alert)

But to do this, you must edit the form. However, the forms you have created were made under a guest account. So please sign up for a free account and let us know the username so we can transfer the forms there.
