Even if my Postal Code is filled it still shows up the Required field message

I have a required field for postal code. However when I fill it in, it does not accept the input. No matter what I try, it does not recognize that the field has been filled.

I haven't changed anything in the form therefore i believe its an error at Jotform.

I look forward for an urgent solution
