Can we limit forms to be filled out no more than once per week, based on the email address provided by the entrant?Asked by Daniel Stusser on April 04, 2014 at 01:04 PM
I asked this of JotForm the other day and got the following response:
"Yes you can limit the form submissions, however, when it comes to limiting certain amount per week, that is something that you will have to manually do each week, so the following week, you just increase the amount."
I believe the person who replied misunderstood my question. I do not seek to limit the total number of entries (beyond limiting spam or robot entries to ZERO). Instead, I want to limit entries to one per individual human entrant to either once per week or 4 times per month. I had hoped to have this limit based on the individual's distinct email address.
Is this possible? Thank you.
Let me rephrase that. I want to know how to have the submit button send you to a word doc that you would then have to fill out
I am sorry to inform you, but we do not have the option that can limit submissions per person. Unfortunately, it can not be implemented without some back end integration with database, so this is a bit beyond of the from editor capabilities.
My colleagues will update your threads about the word doc questions.
