    My jotform is having a problem!

    I created a jotform for 300 girls to fill out for sorority recruitment and this morning there was a problem.  After the required address field was filled out the field remained red and the form could not be submitted.  The address field was completed properly.  I did a test run on it and ran in to the same problem.  It seems to be working ok now but what do I do if it happens when many girls are trying to fill it out and they can't?

     

    I am also having 2 problems when attaching photos. #1. A message comes up that the file is not the right kind and it is a jpg, which is an acceptable format, so the form is not allowing the photo to attach. I have attached a screenshot of this.

    Problem #2 When the photo can be attached a message often comes up that the file is too large.  Is there something I can to to the form to allow larger files to be submitted.

    Best way tackle this would be to contact us when the issue is taking place. If the form is embedded on a website please do provide the URL to the webiste, so that we can review it further.

    I definitely see that the problem on your form. I have cloned your form and I do not have the same issure on the clone of your form:

    Please try cloning it on your end. And test it out.

    You need to increase the allowed upload size on the properties of the file upload tool:

    THANK YOU!  I am new at this (could you tell?) and appreciate the help.  I tested the form and it seems to be working.  Thank you for the fast assistance.
