why no email sent to sender or me?

    I have set up email address but no notifications sent to either emails.

    Hi,

    Is this the form URL in question: http://www.jotformpro.com/form/40953030397959 ? If yes, checking the form email settings, you have it attached to the conditional logic that sends email to: cerdikcatur@yahoo.com. Check the form email using this address, check both inbox and spam box.

    If nothing is there, then kindly try to use noreply@jotform.com as the Sender Email. If you really want to use your own email as the sender email then I would advise to setup an account to Mandrill, this guide: How to use Mandrill to Send Emails From Your Own Email Address and use their SMTP details to your account. Mandrill should work best for the current method you have.
