The Custom Date Range Reports are still not working, I rely heavily on this feature, please fix ASAP!

    I see that you have previously opened a thread specifically for this issue. I understand your concern very much and I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.

    A report ticket has already been submitted for this bug, although I myself can't understand why we haven't heard form our developers regarding this, as bugs should be of utmost priority. I am thinking it might be possible that they missed the ticket.

    With that in mind, I'll be submitting a new report ticket to have them notified, yet again. I will also send them an email to emphasize the urgency of this issue.

    Again, we are terribly sorry for this. You will be contacted as soon as they receive the notice.

    This bug should now be fixed. Please try it and let us know if the problem continues.
