    Not receiving emails... yang.interlogy.com is on barracudacentral.org blacklist

    I haven't been receiving form submissions for a few days now. I ran tests on that form along with a few other forms I have in my account and all are not getting delivered to any of the emails in my hosting accounts. I tried a Gmail account and it worked just fine.

    I contacted my hosting provider to see what might be happening and they found a report in the logs that yang.interlogy.com is blacklisted at barracudacentral.org.

    Here is the message I received from my tech support...

    we've found one of those IPs in logs:

    2011-07-26 10:11:46 [14726] H=(yang.interlogy.com) [174.34.48.216]:56925 I=[67.222.96.149]:25 F={jotform@yang.interlogy.com} rejected RCPT {***@goaskrob.com}: found in b.barracudacentral.org
    2011-07-26 10:15:12 [15826] H=(yang.interlogy.com) [174.34.48.216]:50503 I=[67.222.96.149]:25 F={jotform@yang.interlogy.com} rejected RCPT {***@goaskrob.com}: found in b.barracudacentral.org

    As you can see sender IP is black-listed at barracudacentral.org. Sender server support should delist their IP address from that black-list.

    Hi,

    Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. The only viable solution I can advise is to use a different email address for your notifications such as a Gmail account, like what you have tried a while back.

    Subsequently, I'll be notifying our higher ups about this issue so that we can send a request to BarracudaCentral.org to remove our mail servers from their blacklist.

    I have contacted the Barracuda Central about it. I have also taken out yang.interlogy.com from production. So, until it is resolved, you will not receive emails from yang.

    yang.interlogy.com is  not listed as "poor" any more on the Barracuda Reputation System.

    I enabled the server back.
