Not receiving emails... is on blacklist

    I haven't been receiving form submissions for a few days now. I ran tests on that form along with a few other forms I have in my account and all are not getting delivered to any of the emails in my hosting accounts. I tried a Gmail account and it worked just fine.

    I contacted my hosting provider to see what might be happening and they found a report in the logs that is blacklisted at

    Here is the message I received from my tech support...


    we've found one of those IPs in logs:

    2011-07-26 10:11:46 [14726] H=( []:56925 I=[]:25 F={} rejected RCPT {***}: found in
    2011-07-26 10:15:12 [15826] H=( []:50503 I=[]:25 F={} rejected RCPT {***}: found in

    As you can see sender IP is black-listed at Sender server support should delist their IP address from that black-list.

    Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. The only viable solution I can advise is to use a different email address for your notifications such as a Gmail account, like what you have tried a while back.

    Subsequently, I'll be notifying our higher ups about this issue so that we can send a request to to remove our mail servers from their blacklist.

    I have contacted the Barracuda Central about it. I have also taken out from production. So, until it is resolved, you will not receive emails from yang.

    I enabled the server back.
