    Cannot access 'my forms' or account settings -please help urgently

    Hi guys.

    Two Issues, but they're linked:


    1. Lately, access to certain parts of JF are down intermittently.

    Also my changes are not being saved. I use the iframe method to embed.

    (I've been using JF for many years and I have loads of forms, so I know this is new or different behaviour.)

    The my account screen, there is just nothing there- same with the My Forms page, sometimes they load, sometimes they don't.


    I am trying to reset / clear the cache as the changes I'm making in my form are not showing up - but I cannot reach that part of the settings.

    The form I'm working on has this id ->  40961198698977


    2. Trying to get 'segments' or white space / padding between certain parts of the form.

    Any advice here would be appreciated please.

    I've tried adding an empty div with a specific height etc in the HTML text tool - but at the moment I cannot save anything - even the preview within JF doesn't reflect changes.

    I have attached another screenshot to show what I'm trying to achieve*


    Also, please advise if it's possible (as per screenshot) to have the field labels inside the field - as placeholder until the user clears and enters their info?



    This is very urgent as I need to complete asap please.

    I checked on your form from our end but I'm not seeing any current issues after testing it some. I've gone ahead and refreshed this for you from our end this time. I think you may have been experiencing this problem due to accessing it while experiencing heavy server traffic which may have caused it. Please clear your browser cache and try again then let us know.

    As for your second issue, We understand it's related but we would like to request that you please open it up via a new thread and you may link it here if you wish (or we will link them together in our notes). This will help prevent confusion so we can focus on your problems properly one at a time. Also with the second issue please include what browser and browser version you are using which you are experiencing that problem in and we will gladly check it further.
