Is this something nefarious? And do you know about it?

Hi, I just signed up yesterday for a free account with JotForm. While attempting to preview one of my forms today, I got this error/warning message. Is this just a mix-up or a shared SSL certificate that JotForm is using, or is this something more serious? Just thought you might want to see the warning. I'm uploading a screenshot.

That shouldn't be of great concern to you. The reason why you're receiving that message is because the SSL certificate that we have is only for www.jotform.com and is not available for form.jotform.com.

That is why the url changes in the Embed Form wizard when you select the Secure Form check box.

You should always use www for SSL.

Hope this post clears your doubts about this issue. Thank you and have a great day!

I figured it had something to do with your SSL location. Still, I just wanted to be sure! Thanks for the detailed explanation.

    Keep up the awesome work,
