How can I enable my JotForm account again without upgrading my plan?

    My JotForm account has been disabled because it says I have reached the limit on my account. I deleted all of the submissions received and have 0 now. How can I reinstate my account without upgrading?

    Let me please inform you that secure SSL submissions are limited to 10 per month. Please note that the quota is not based on stored submissions. In other words, you can store as many submissions as you need, but you can receive only 10 SSL or 100 regular submissions per month on a Free account.

    As a one time exception we have reset your quota, but we will not be able to do it again. If you would like to be able to receive more entries, please consider switching to the regular submissions or upgrading your account.
