I've been having trouble with conditions and field collapses. Have deleted them all from form :-) Now I'm having difficulty recreating a very simple condition that was working previously and now no longer is. (reason I am sharing all this, is perhaps there is something I've done that has messed up the code in my form, and so I'm having issues)
I have a radio button question, followed by a text box. I want the text box hidden unless a specific answer is given for the radio button.
I previously had one condition which did this - I've forgotten how I did it, can't recreate - however am not sure why the current conditions aren't doing it.
Have said if "This Project is" is empty, hide "Organisation Name" text box field,
If radio answer is "Individual" , "Organisation Name" hide text box field
If radio answer is "On behalf of Organisation" show "Organisation Name" field

hidden form collapse?

I'm so sorry - I did not intend to confuse you.
No I did not add in the hidden form sections - putting hidden sections is just a way of grouping fields together so that you can show/hide a group of fields at once. You don't have to do that if you are not working with a group of form fields.
I simply used "Show Organization Name" if "This Project Is" Filled, and if it is equal to "Run on Behalf of an Organization"
You can take a copy of the example form and take a closer look using this cloning guide.
