Submission limits and PayPal: How to let the user know that the limit is reached?

I would like to know what happens when the limit of the number of submissions for a form is reached and there a link to a PayPal paiement to complete the form.

Will the clients be noticed BEFORE the have to enter all the paiement informations, or do they really have to fill all the form and enter the paiement details before being noticed that the limit is reached?

    Thank you,

    Hello cand1902,

If you have set a form limit to accept only a few submissions, the user will will only know it when the submit button is clicked. If the submission limit is reached, you will not be redirected to PayPal page.

Example: You have set form submission limit to 5. If you have already received 5 submission and another user comes to submit the 6th submission, user will only know it once the submit button of form is clicked as all these process happens on the server side.

There is another way to achieve your requirement. You may like to check our "Submission Counter" widget which will display how many submissions are received on your form or how may submissions are left for the customer. Please check the screenshot below:

    Hope this helps.

Do get back to us if you have any questions.

    Thank you!
