    Jotform is compatible with weebly. You can embed your form with weebly all you need to do is to grab an iframe.

    To get you form's iframe code you can follow this guide http://www.jotform.com/help/148-How-to-Get-the-iFrame-Code.

    Once you have the iframe code of your Membership Application Form you can now follow step 2 through step 5 in this guide http://ww.jotform.com/help/215-Adding-a-Form-to-Weebly to embed your form to weebly website.
