Whenever I try to access MyForms via IE9 (logging in, clicking 'MY FORMS' at the top), I get the blank page as shown in my screenshot attached.
Windows 7x64, IE9 Browser

We are in a corporate environment that has no plans to upgrade to IE11 in the near future. In the meantime, we are going to use Chrome.
