I'm having trouble using JotForm with INternet Explorer 9. "My forms" aren't visible and many other things just don't work.
Things worked fine just a few days ago, but now they don't.

Let me please inform you that there was a temporary problem with the My Forms page in Internet Explorer 9 today. It has been already fixed by one of our developers.
The service is compatible with the Internet Explorer 9, but we always recommend to use modern browsers like Google Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Safari and Internet Explorer 11.

Thanks for your reply. However, I'm still unable to see My Forms. (I have cleared the cache and rebooted Internet Explorer.)

I was able to reproduced the issue of forms not vieable when in My Forms page when using IE9 browser.
I have submitted this report to our higher team support for them to check.
We do recommend that you use a more up to date browser version.
The issue being caused by using older browser versions will be less prioritize by our dev team (as it can be easily resolved by using higher browser versions)
Please report to us if you still encounter similar issue even when already using higher version or different browser other than IE9.

Our higher team support have fixed the issue on IE9 already.
You should also clear first your browser's cache before trying again.
Can you please check also on your end.
