It looks like my forms aren't appearing as they should be. Is there an issue with the site at the moment, or did the worst case scenario happen and I lost all of my saved form templates? Thanks for your insight.

Are you using IE9? If you are, try using other browsers like Google Chrome or Firefox. I've been seeing post with the same exact issue. Please post back if it's a browser problem.

The issue with the Internet Explorer 9 should be fixed. However, you might need to clear your Internet Explorer cache and cookies to see the correct version.

It seemed to work with Mozilla and all of the forms were there. I will clear the cache and cookies as well. Thanks.
