THIS IS THE 4TH TIME I HAVE ENCOUNTERED THIS ERROR. PLEASE FIX THIS.
I DO NOT HAVE ANY FORMS SET TO SECURE YET MY SECURE FORM LIMITS ARE BEING HIT, THIS IS LOCKING ME OUT. PLEASE CHANGE THE SETTINGS TO PREVENT THIS AGAIN.
I USE JOTFORM AS AN INTREGAL PART OF MY BUSINESS. I WILL BE BUMPING UP TO A PAID ACCOUNT AS MY BUSINESS GROWS BUT UNTIL THEN I NEED TO KNOW I CAN COUNT ON THE SERVICE.
PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE.
I checked your account again this time, and I found that you had exceeded already the limit on your SSL quota submissions. You have 12 SSL submissions as of this time.
Unfortunately, I cannot reset your SSL count since I already did the last time as mentioned on this thread
The only way for the SSL submission to accumulate is when using the SSL or https secure URL of the form. There is no other means for your SSL count to accumulate without using the SSL/secure URL of the form.
You need to upgrade to higher subscription type to allow more SSL and submission limits. You can do this in the JotForm Pricing page.
